In this newsletter edition we address one of the most frequently asked questions regarding our website platforms - Premium and eSALES.
Q: I am thinking about upgrading my eSALES website to the Premium website. Can you tell me the major differences between the two?
A: The Premium website contains extensive additional content over the eSALES website, especially for International and Business content. If your prospect base has a significant interest in International programming or you sell to Business establishments, this additional content will help you sell to these constituencies. Also, the Premium website has the option to include an interactive ordering "wizard" called DISH Designer which makes it easy for a prospect to customize their programming and system selections. It also contains a price calculator so your prospect (or one of your sales reps) can see an estimated cost of their selections. Prospect information such as credit card number, expiration, social security number, date of birth, etc. is also included with each order. The eSALES website only captures prospect lead information, meaning name, phone number, email address, and installation address. The Premium website is also customizable, for example, pages can be edited or added, banners and other personalized content can be added. (Pending DISH Co-op approval if your website is Co-op eligible.)

Q: When I registered for my eSALES website, I received instructions on how to log-in to the Website Administration area where I could perform a number of activities to the website. Can you remind me how to log-in and of the website actions and revisions that I can perform myself?
